Wayne Guralnick and his wife purchased a spa cover from my store - I gave them their money back because Jacuzzi could not fulfill the order at the time and our policy is simply to refund people their money when we know we can't fulfill the order. This is called ETHICS and HONESTY. Well, Wayne's wife gets on the review circus and lambasts us for doing exactly what we're supposed to do. You just can't fix dumb or crazy. Lazy or incompetent! We were very disappointed with the counsel we received from Robert J. Gilliland, Jr and Guralnick and Gilliland, Attorneys At Law. Our family was accused of Failure to Disclose in a home sale transaction and we were shocked at Gilliland’s lack of knowledge of the law in such cases. All he did was try to get us to accept the demands of the accuser and gave no indication that he reviewed the inspection report or other facts of the case. When we questioned his rationale, all he really said was “I’ve been doing this for 30 years.” Fortunately, we sought several other opinions from attorneys who thought the accuser’s case was extremely weak, if not laughable.
