On 29Aug2023, I went to Paul Messick in hopes to get a power of attorney for a family member. To summarize, the meeting lasted less than 20 minutes and Paul Messick said he could not help us on getting power of attorney. It was a very cold meeting. Paul billed us later $100. I called the firm and spoke to Paul if he would consider waiving this fee since there was nothing Paul could do to hep me get a POA and that he flatly said there was nothing he could to help at the meeting that lasted less than 20 minutes. Paul did not waive the fee instead he said he usually charges $300. I am very disappointed by his actions.

Met with Attorney Messick today. Very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Having a new Will, Healthcare Proxy and Power of Attorney prepared by him. Very pleased.

I had the exact same problem as Randi Jensen with Mr. Messick. We communicated by email for some time. Agreed on service and price then nothing for a month. Like he just fell off the face of the planet.

Great service super knowledgeable. They are very considered with clients and take the time to explain all information needed accordingly I totally recommend them.

I've come here for a real estate transaction handled without a broker, and Paul Messick was helpful getting the sale closed.
