Put in a consultation request, got an email from a paralegal named Renee requesting to give her a call. I call her and she sounds puzzled, and asks how I got her personal number. Ma’am, your number is listed under your email signature. She was unavailable so she called me back the next day and sounded dumb as dirt. Would not recommend

Met with Mr. Showman regarding a Tenant/Landlord dispute wanting him to represent us (tenants). He agreed to take the case, explained the process, etc. I liked him a lot and was excited to finally have some representation. I never heard from him, even after calling several days asking for help with the situation. Each time he said "I didn't have time to think about what we should do next, let me call you tomorrow". Never got a phone call and will certainly not be going back here.

It was an incredibly unprofessional experience for us, after the 3rd claim to file what we needed and asking them for a simple yes or no if it was filed we fired them when they said no, and went with a new attorney, if you need someone to do exactly what they say when they say they will do it, call Kimberly Murray, but I would not recommend T Gentry at all.......
