Initially I was pleased with this law firm. One successful letter resolved my real estate law issue. THEN I asked my attorney about another issue by email and phone but he NEVER RESPONDED. Today I called and emailed on another issue and asked for TWO different people. NO ONE CALLED BACK. I guess once they get the NONREFUNDABLE deposit; client services aren’t that important to them. Building new business. Getting referrals from existing clients. I mean if you don’t want my business GIVE ME BACK THE RETAINER. But to GHOST an existing client? That sounds a lot like UNETHICAL if not illegal. Just sayin. If your case is IMPORTANT TO YOU find a law firm that likes to do business.
