My experience with this law firm was not the best. I contacted them for an appointment. They gave me the appointment 3 months after. The day of my appointment they left me waiting for 2 hours and there was not a follow up. I had to call several times to remind them to review the documents I sent via email and after 3 weeks they replied. I know the firm is good, but in my case I didn’t have the best experience.

I found out about lawyer Ros-Ana Guillen through Instagram. It was her professionalism explaining the main topics of immigration what made me want to contact this law firm, although I don't live in Florida. She took my case less than a year ago for Adjustment of Status and all the process was very easy-going. Her assistants were helpful and managed my case efficiently. This week my case has been approved and she has very informative. I thank her a lot!
