These people were supposed to be working on our behalf and they made our transaction hell every step of the way. They will not receive smoothest award here. Horrible judgemental individuals who charged us for their errors.

The whole process has been 5-star. Everyone has been great but today, at our closing, Kelly at the front desk/ reception area went above and beyond. She engaged my 3 and 5 year old for almost an hour so we could focus on our closing. From crayons to snacks to even inventing tasks (how to use a door key) for them to do, she really went the extra mile. Thank you, Kelly. We never get to just to focus, you made that hour so special for my whole family.

While the attorney who completed the signing was nice. The inability to pay attention to details, confirm wiring instructions, and then blatantly lying was unacceptable and borderline RESPA violations. The attitude from the paralegal about her mess up was unnessary. And the "we will call you back today with how we can fix it" and then never calling and ignoring calls is ridiculous! Absolutely RUINED my first home buying experience!
