Attempted to have a simple purchase and sale agreement drawn up. I received no responses to my emails after the initial phone contact. Received a very harried call from Krysten Fabri-Smith confirming one item about the property. She had not seen a copy of the warranty deed but went ahead writing the agreement up. It contained numerous mistakes, including misspelling my name. Called and left a message for her to call me back. It's been 12 days and I've not heard back from her. I will not be pursuing this further with this firm.

We've used Griffin and Jordan a few times through the years. When we had tenant issues many years ago, they were a huge help getting a non-paying tenant out. Most recently, they helped us with closing on our office building in Bangor. We've dealt mostly with Mike and Mark and couldn't be happier. As a bonus, they are very reasonable with their billing and saved us hundreds in closing costs.
