The gugginos are slumlords. They let weeds get out of hand at their commercial locations which leads to mice infestations when they decide to cut them once a year. They don’t help tenants with anything either. It’s always foot the bill to the renter. They don’t see how mice would make their way thru these 2 inch cracks. I’ve asked these people for help for two years now as their building is old and depleted. We have mice making way into the building thru the ac vents. Somehow I’m responsible for pest control even though they refuse to properly seal their building from the outside. Their land lady Gina Brokehart is the worst person to deal with ever. They don’t care about anyone’s health or safety inside the building.

Mixed feelings. We were referred by another attorney after a car accident in New Mexico. Larry seemed very nice but said he was out of the office and would be in touch. August of 2024. We never heard anything...no "Sorry, I can't help", or ,"You just don't have a case." Crickets. So, initial response was very nice and professional but absolutely ZERO follow-up speaks much louder. Probably should have given a two star, but he did at least initially respond.

Wanted to charge $250 for a consultation that, I estimate, should only take 30 min. Very simple case.
