The lawyers themselves are fine, it's that God-forsaken Emily Medford, (in my opinion, to avoid legal recourse) who, in my humble opinion was rude to my elderly retired Nurse, mother, refused to send in her payment to her mortgage, even going so far as to return it, so that it would be submitted late, which is causing the bank to give my grandmother trouble, my grandfather passed recently, and in my opinion, it is very cruel to insist on exuding your iota of minor functionary power over the elderly to the point where they might lose their home, just because it suits you. tldr; This woman refused to accept money for debt that was thru collection agency to cause delay crediting causing grandma to fall behind on mortgage and possibly lose her home, after she just lost her husband. Heartless
