Read your contract because he won't. Prints paper, and has you sign it. No guidance. Easy money. Would not recommend.

*BROKE SIGNED CONTRACTS* Gregg was the sellers attorney for my home purchase, we had a signed contract stating the home theater system that was listed with the home would be included with the house, when the sellers took the system with them and we mentioned it to Gregg his response was to sue them and he hung up on our attorney. He clearly BROKE THE LAW AND SIGNED CONTRACTS. If you want a lawyer with no regard for the law this is your guy.

My son purchased a house recently and the seller used this “lawyer” and the seller took a home theater that they were supposed th leave per the contract AND THE LISTING OF THE HOUSE!!! When my son and his lawyer asked this “lawyer” why his client was breaking the contract, this “lawyer” told my son and his lawyer to “sue him if you want it” in a very ignorant way and will not work with my son at all! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Signed contract and in the house listing but this “lawyer” lets his client steal it anyway

My son bought a house and Gregg was the sellers lawyer. They broke the contract and instead of offering a resolution he told my son if he didn’t like it then my son should sue them! At The Closing!!!
