Mr Beard, I am with the Dickerson's on dog hunting. I've had someone's dog on our property as well and there's nothing more irrateing than someone's dog to get on our property and mess up the deer you have coming in for your family. I call it a lazy way to hunt and very unfair to the animal they are hunting. It REALLY pisses me off to see someone sitting in their truck waiting on the dogs to run it out towards all the folks with guns. I HATE THEIR SO CALLED SPORT, as for me it's not a sport at all EXCEPT for the dog. Laziness is what I call this mess.

They did a very good job on my house closing. Did great research on title. I am very be pleased with him.

Not the place I recommend my check is supposed to go in on the first like was said it is not supposed to be the third or fourth of the month. They are a slow process with deposit your money. They don't care if you haft to have it on the first or not I'm so sick and tired of receiving my check later then when it is supposed to go in. I'll be glad to be done with this lawyer.

We closed our loan here, they worked us in early so we could go out of town! Great and easy to work with!
