I had a telephone call with Mr. Greenwald just moments ago. He was referred to me, by another attorney who is retiring. Calling him was at the request of my mother, who is on hospice. I will state, I have no idea of how these things are done, and these things may not be his expertise but, neither is patience. When I did not clearly hear, his response and said I’m sorry I didn’t hear what you had said. He rudely said, no, I am not repeating myself, you heard what I said. Obviously I did not! At this point I was apologizing for not hearing him. I was just in shock of his tone and words cause I am in search of information, regarding my mother’s wishes. So with that said, just my telephone experience with you, was less than pleasant.

His consistently prompt, responsive communication combined with his dedication to me as a client made my legal process much easier. I would highly recommend!
