They have been difficult to work with throughout any process. Communication has been consistently delayed or lacking out of spite, which has made resolution unnecessarily challenging. It often feels as though cooperation is never a priority, and matters are being prolonged without clear justification.

My experience with this law firm was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of acting as neutral legal professionals focused on resolving disputes, their approach was aggressive, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. Rather than asking for documentation or clarification, the attorney representing the HOA immediately accused me of lying about my profession and the purpose of my working dog without ever attempting to verify the information. That level of assumption and lack of due diligence is shocking coming from a licensed attorney. The firm repeatedly relied on threats of liens and foreclosure over a relatively small disputed amount instead of attempting to resolve the issue in a reasonable way. The overall tone of their communication felt far more like intimidation than
