While I never "want" to spend money on attorneys, a great attorney is worth its weight in gold and I never cheap out on them for that reason. But when I pay for the best, I expect to work with the best and Beth Tener, in my opinion, is a "B" player who gave my family and I a "D" effort, but was quick to charge "A" rates, beginning with a $25k starting retainer. Initial Consultation: I asked that she review a summary of things before showing up and said they could charge me extra hours for the consultation to do so. Cannot provide records of collections, attorney paid himself directly when or if collecting causing injury to our community, and leaving us with over $315,000 of uncollected dues. Still can’t resolve due to Greenspoon Marder, not providing requested records

They are trying to take us into foreclosure on a timeshare property we have not owned for 3 years. They do not return phone calls. I have called 5-6 times and no one returns a call. Hilton grand vacations is no help either. Bottom line is don’t buy a timeshare from Hilton and don’t do business with greenspoon market

We have been trying to solve a ongoing issue with our Diamond Resort Fees being billed for that are not owed with Mr. Jackson of this law firm that represents diamond resorts but he has decided not to return emails or phone calls for the past three months. We called today to once more resolve the problem only to speak with a unbelievable rude and unprofessional so-called assistant, Sarah. She became angry and rude when we asked why calls and emails are not returned and her name and she hung up on us. We called back and received the same treatment again and same B.S of leave your name and number and someone will get back to you. No one ever calls you back and after this response we have no desire to call them back ever again. Will direct further contact to the executive offices of diamond
