Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Judge Casale during my economic mediation session. It was recommended that I pursue the dismissal of criminal charges against my former husband to encourage open communication between us. I was made remarks about my nationality and was called disrespectful. It is evident that my gender imposes certain limitations on the decisions I can make regarding my children and travel. I understand the purpose of mediation. However, personal opinions, nationality, gender, and the suggestion to remove charges against a domestic violence abuser should not be part of the negotiation, even as a personal recommendation. If you are a female, Hispanic, and a victim of domestic violence, I advise you to refrain from visiting this place.
