I sold a home I owned not the bank and never got a call from these people my realtor and buyers realtor was told to use emails Just as others have left reviews very slow to response then after I showed up in there office they were rude. I would never recommend them or if I sell anything else and buyer says they using them I will back out of the deal I would not even give one star Very very poor communication
