What an amazing team! Jonas and Malia took such good care of me and helped me finish up my husbands very messy probate since he didn't have a will. I had a really straightforward custody case. I only had a few conversations via phone and some emails. Then pre trial and trial date. After the court date, I was called and told “yay, we got what you wanted and we will close out your case and finish invoicing”. After two weeks of no contact from them I reached out because I hadn’t used even half of my retainer per my last invoice prior to court nor had I received any final paperwork. I received an email back that they couldn’t send me anything and it was because they left out the ‘r’ in my name in my email address. I was eventually sent pdf’s of final paperwork. Still nothing about my retainer. I had to reach out again asking about final invoice a week later (3 week past my final court date) I received an invoice that I owed money. I was
