I was very unhappy w/ another law firm (Floyd’s) to get help about my Trust (thay did) after my spouses death. GSLG (Breanna) helped me w/ my concerns, fear. I am elated w/ her friendliness, smiles & reassurances. Was a minor problem but she gave me a Great Relief off my mind. Even wrote down for what I needed to do on my own & explained what the firm would do ( very timely also). Empathy with professionalism was expressed & I'm THANKFUL!!

Everyone at GSLG was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They made the estate planning process as easy as possible and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I feel confident in my estate plan and highly recommend GSLG.

Grand Strand Law Group would definitely not be or first second or one hundredth choice next closing. When handling the sell of our home asked for a payoff amount from our mortgage company three different times. Once the date for payoff amount was two days before closing, a second time after the first blunder and a third time. This request was a on the 12th of November, which was after our closing date of October 31. Each time a new payoff amount is requested there is additional fees incurred for preparing the new document making the other document null and void. So in reality we ended up paying several thousand more due to these fees. This money was part of our escrow that should have been returned to us not eaten up in fees. Also with delays due to the buyers attorneys we were not

This is my second experience with this law group. Once for the closing on my apartment and secondly to prepare my will and trust. Both were great experiences. Their group of professionals are courteous, very thorough and well prepared to answer all questions. They were helpful to me in so many ways and I highly recommend them.
