This law group is good, but my overall experience was mixed. On the positive side, they are very organized. All filings were done on time, reminders were sent, and nothing was missed. From a process standpoint, they seem reliable and well structured. Where I was disappointed is the level of personal attention. My impression was that the firm handles a high volume of cases, and my case felt like one among many. The backend coordination was fine, but I did not feel there was enough time spent on deeper strategy or on fully discussing options, especially given how serious the consequences were for me. Thankfully the charges that were reported were found to be false, but for the short duration we had retained them, Grand Canyon Law Group made us feel very safe in their hands. Toby Lee was knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what to do. We retained them for only 24hrs, and when we let them know we did not need their services, they were kind enough to refund 100% of our payment.
