This law firm is responsible for letting the man who hit my brother at the tender age of seven and not to mention speeding while this innocent little boy rode his bike outside of his home! The doctors said He wasn’t going to make it! He was in a coma for over a month and in intensive rehabilitation but still to this day He is in the mind of a child! He will never drive or do the things normal people can do! Gotcher conned my mom into believing she could only get 7000! This man should be jailed and the law firm should be barred from practicing law ever again! This company won’t return my calls! This is a picture of my brother smiling! My son hired Warren Gotcher and it turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. This man didn't work for my son, he was in cahoots with the DA. So much happened. DA Green kept profiling my son, talking about his size, kept saying the victim’s jaw and shoulder were dislocated (when there was hospital records stating nothing was wrong) and allowed a slide show that the jurors seen saying He is not from here, Don't let this happen in our town, Convict this man. My son had to point it out to him (Warren) that the DA had the screen up after the judge told him it was illegal. Two days before trial a blue light photo was introduced by DA and Warren told my son he didn't know what it was. Don't worry. He also told my son to not tell the whole story of what happened the night in question. He told

If I could leave no stars I would. Have made 3 different appointments with Ellen and she rescheduled twice. I drove over an hour and a half for a consultation and waited over an hour and a half and still didn’t get seen. Pathetic excuse of an attorney.
