I've been performing DIY projects requiring lifting and twisting movements with heavy (for me) objects. I did something to cause my lower back to be "out of alignment". Learned this from Dr. stranger on my assessment. He's literally a spine professor! After a brief exam he showed me where my alignment issues "were". I was having trouble sleeping.
