Do not do business with them. They are terrible Not very reliable. Slow in communication.waiting for 8 months and still no answer for my filing. Can't wait to fire them

I have NEVER had problem with actual firm until 2 weeks ago with the intake process. I called twice no one called me back. I called the receptionist she had every excuse. I don't care..not what a former client wants to hear. Just get someone to take my information. She took it and still no one called me back. Over a week and half out I called again and said no one still has called me. She said if I was this upset why would I want them to represent to me. Well.. it's the lawyers I want to represent me, not the intake person or her the receptionist. She got a manager or someone on the phone and then the intake person called me. Three days later which is today, I had a complete different question. The receptionist asked me my name. She stated she was supposed to remind me they declined my cas
