Please just close your doors. I cannot believe the audacity of how they treat people on the phone; such rude agents that answer this phone, who are very unprofessionally ignorant. People call attorneys for assistance with legal matters only to be mocked, disrespected, mistreated, and told “we cannot provide legal assistance over the phone” —THEN WHAT GOOD IS HIRING AN ATTORNEY, REALLY?! May I inform you that your demographic is no longer qualifying of “The Greatest Generation”, the “Silent Generation” or “Baby Boom” generations as many of those people no longer work. Your audience demographic consists of Gen X (1965-1980) and Gen Y alias Millennials (1981-1991) who wouldn’t be calling you in the first place, if COMPANIES TREATED EVERYONE FAIRLY. I would NEVER recommend this lawyer group,
