7 years ago I used marked as my lawyer in custody battle. Mark listened to the other parties lawyer over me. Child support was in favor of dad and so was most of the parenting plan. My child that I raised with no input from father for 10 years but then listened to all of his request. He got to be the Disney land dad. Which only hurts the child. Child has not got to spend any time with siblings outside of school. All summer breaks and vacation were with his father in Missouri. But on to the real reason I would never hire mark again. He stopped returning and answering all phone calls and emails. I have 6 emails for contempt that he refused to file. The last date of court I was told I still had over 3 grand left of my retainer fee. I e asked by email and phone for I atomized receipt of hour

I am only giving him a score of 3 stars due to the fact that I personally haven't met him or talked to him on the phone. As a result , I cannot comment on his effectiveness, compare his prices, or provide any additional information about his law practice or his overall impact in the community as a whole. He must either be highly sought after or work a reduced schedule since every time I tried to schedule a meeting or consultation with him, his secretary told me he was not able to take on additional work at that time.

He is the only one I’ll call for anything legal. He has always called me back. He even called me while I was in the middle of a traffic stop.

Very responsive. Staff are very friendly. Had to have ticket amended so that it would not effect everyday work and he said he could accommodate that. I would use him again if and whenwthe time comes. I would recommend him to friends and family.
