Goodman Law Group has been invaluable to our community HOA board and homeowners. The attorney's are extremely knowledgeable and have guided our HOA board on issues ranging from the interpretation of AZ statue and CC&Rs to drafting CC&Rs amendments to foreclosure proceedings. I have been working with Goodman Law for about a year now, I have been very impressed with Clint and his entire staff. But, I have to admit I have a favorite. Erica Mortenson has assisted me on a few tricky scenarios as I manage several HOA communities. She is a rock star on everything I bring to her. I'm not sure how anyone can trust a law firm that the BAR association cited for falsifying affidavits in court and overcharging clients. The founding attorney was personally cited for the violation. Their condescending and unprofessional messages are probably par for the course in HOA law.
