I used Elizabeth Heller to settle my mother's estate. HUGE MISTAKE! I fired her! I should have fired her much sooner than I did. Her business practices left a lot to be desired. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least! I would NOT recommend this attorney.

I did make a request to Tom, but have not yet heard back, but Tom is a very high Caliber Attorney and very busy. I do understand that he can't have his hand on the phone waiting for my call. I know Tom and David and my impression is that you couldn't find better legal representation. I have not been able to meet anyone else in the firm. They're a fast growing firm and will be very highly regarded in the Stl and Illinois on into the future.
