I paid for a service that was never performed even years later. $100 is a lot of money to me. The paperwork was never filed with the city. When I went in person to ask about it, since none of my calls or emails were answered over a year, I was made to feel like I was not their client because I was not elderly even though I paid, set up multiple appointments and was equally involved on the paperwork as the elderly party. Not recommended. There will always be at least two parties involved and to act like one of them is not a client is insane.
