Goldberg & Donovan Inc

In may of 2021 I contact them to try to resolve a case and I ended up be sued because of their harassments and treats against the person I was trying to resolve a matter. At the end they even tried to rip me off with bills they made up which was not what we had discussed. Stay away from this firm for your own sake.

Hired this firm to collect on my past due accounts. I've tried a few other agencies with zero results. Since giving these accounts to Goldberg & Donovan I've been receiving monthly payments from accounts that I'd long ago given up on.

They claim they self as attorney but they are nothing more then a Scammers who uses verbally abusive and threatening technics to intimidate you. I have attorneys and detectives investigating them..

I hired Goldberg & Donovan to collect past due invoices, however when I contacted them about being charged fees outside the scope of our agreement they refused to supply any documentation and said I could go elsewhere if I wasn't happy. I am currently litigating this matter.

This collections agency uses verbally abusive and threatening collection techniques that violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and The Attorney General's guidelines.
