This law group is a joke. The staff are extremely unprofessional. No one seems to know what's going on with your case. She's a t.v. lawyer. She spends more time, energy, and effort on her TV commercial pick-up lines than she will fighting your case. She will settle for whatever is thrown her way. There is no fighting for what's best for her clients, just settlements, so that she can keep her quota. You're not a human here. You're another number on her list. She'll get to you sooner or later. I'd never use her. Moving forward, I'll stick with the lawyer who's not so focused on clout chasing and taking on more cases than can be handled by them. I'll go with a lawyer who is familiar with my name and case during conversation.
