Came to Mr. Macon hoping that he could help me out with a dispute that I have been dealing with through a contractor. After carefully listening to my situation, Mr. Macon was able to assist in writing a demand letter, and within 7 days, I have already gotten a response from the contractor. I really appreciate the helpfulness and kindness that Mr. Macon and Ms. Tucker have shown through this process. It really took a lot of the stress that I have been dealing with off my shoulders, and if I ever have another issue or legal matter to deal with, I definitely know who I am going to.

Poor performance from this firm. They didn’t ensure all funds were deposited before advising my home closed. Then, ostensibly an overnight delivery of my check was to take place. Overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday cost me $60 but didn’t arrive until Friday. They could have requested a refund from UPS and refunded me but they were adamant it was not their fault. I personally do not recommend them.

Attorney Konstantine Kastens was very helpful in advising my wife and I on our real estate agreement and what changes to request, which the buyer agreed to. The consultation was very affordable and I definitely plan on using their services in the future.
