This place has been handling my workers comp case very poorly. I originally spoke to Eric Milburn for my consultation and he seemed like a nice man. When my case transferred to Ted Blaszcyk he turned out to be a very rude and condescending man. I was told in November that come January this year I should see benefits reinstated and/or be waiting for a hearing. No such hearing was scheduled and I was told by this office that they were backed up. The legal assistant would take days to respond to emails or just not respond at all, which then I would have to call after a week of nothing. Three weeks ago I was told again that they had to schedule a hearing to fight the IME cancelling benefits, the workers compensation board told me as of yesterday they still did not schedule a hearing.
