Worst service and level of curtesy I’ve experienced in a while, even for Ohio. I’ve paid this office $900 in 2018 for expected services that were never rendered because I decided to not go ahead with it at the time. After calling them recently asking for a video conference appointment the rather unpleasant receptionist informed me she couldn’t tell me whether or how much I’d be charged for the call or not. You’re just a number for anyone at this office and with the current situation you instilling fear in people they’re having a hay day exploiting the possibility to exponentially expand their profit margins. What service provider doesn’t provide the cost of service until you bought the cat in the bag, especially if payment was already rendered. If you hire them expect to pay but be forgot
