After dealing with Gertsberg Licata I felt as though others will benefit from knowledge from my extremely poor experience. I reached out for a workplace dispute as they have a specialed attorney (Mr Lorenzon) for my profession. I had to pay a $500 consultation fee for him to get started. His only options for consultations are at 8 pm due to the fact that he wears too many other hats and literally has no time to actually be an attorney. My $500 phone consultation consisted of him putting me on speaker phone during his drive home in which I was not given full attention and I could hear traffic noise and his car blinkers going off in the background. The overall lack of legal knowledge with this firm is something that should convince anyone to find someone else for their attorney needs. When executing legal paperwork it was done incorrectly which caused the county court office to decline the paperwork. In direct quote from the county “they should have known better”. If you read other reviews they have a history of making bad mistakes. These attorneys should be avoided, find ones that know what they are doing.
