I had a phone consultation with Scott. He didn't have the warmest, fuzziest personality, but he did give me some useful information. I called back the next day to double-check the name of an actuary that Scott had referred me to, and the secretary was really rude and said "I don't know who you are, I don't know what you're talking about, and I don't know what you want. I don't work for Mr. Jordan." If she's that incompetent perhaps she should not be answering the phone. I was actually considering hiring Scott to replace my original divorce lawyer, but now I will not be hiring him based upon the rude employee who answered the phone at 4:14 pm on 1/30/26.

This guy comes off as a pompas, arrogant, inconsiderate type. Not only did he manage to inform me of almost nothing beneficial to me, he also made me feel worse and unsure of what to do next. No help whatsoever. I think I waited in the tiny little waiting room longer than I was talking to him in his oversized office. Thanks a lot Scott, hope you got a new tie out of the consultation fee from our visit. At least your secretary seemed to be nice. Thank you so much.

Mr. Amaral is so helpful and was able to walk me through my legal issues. We’ve been with them for years.
