Is this dirty deeds done cheap? Indeed. Amanda Germann verbally assaults the bereaved without shame, displaying neither a moment of hesitation, nor regret. It is shocking and despicable, inelegantly matched by her unprofessional attitude and disheveled appearance; she’s absolutely gauche. Having her represent our family was an embarrassment for everyone and only caused deeper trauma on both sides.

I was advised by Amanda to continuing service on a home of somebody who passed away (at that point the bill was $60). She advised me that I would get paid once the house sells. The house sold and they basically told me that I’m not gonna get my money because I needed to file a claim in court to get my $340 (from continued service). They told me to send them a bill for service I did but now I don’t get paid. We would NEVER continued to service the property if we knew this was going to happen. Guess it doesn’t pay to do the right thing anymore! Real nice to have people continue servicing someone’s home under the assumption they will get paid and then burn them. Sure bet you wouldn’t like it if it was done to u.

BEWARE!! Good and nice setting up documents, nightmare after that! Please don’t make the costly mistake we made!

Before you consider to hire Amanda please check around for other lawyers. If you lost a love one you are sad and stressed out enough but Amanda will say you still owe her money so if you do hire her KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AND HAVE IT IN WRITING HOW MUCh SHE WILL CHARGE YOU. YOU are going through enough you do not want a lawyer that will capitalize on the hardship that you are going through. Amanda is not the one you want to hire at a time like this in your life!!!!
