My husband hired Rob for a job, after basically nothing but 1 email and no response to calls or many emails have asked for the payment back. We have received 1 email stating would get refunded minus the fees for their time, lol. Still nothing 2 weeks later, go to call goes directly to voicemail. Email Rob and it comes back undeliverable. No matter what email I myself send it from. So poor their goes 2200. Hopefully our bank will be able to get it back. *update** had to email Melissa and the office email and finally got a response along with refund. Relieved we got that back but still upset with the lack of communication.

Recently Rob German assisted a family member deal with a minor legal issue. He was easily accessible, helpful, forthright, intelligent, well versed in legal issues, the court system, and got the job done. It was a pleasure working with Rob German and would not hesitate to work with him again.

Robert German’s firm was paid for him to perform a Service that has not been rendered. He and I did have a discussion (after the payment) some time ago (years), he told me as-soon-as/once the relevant law was revised/changed by the legislator and signed by the governor (signed on 12Oct2020) that he would perform the service. Recently, I have asked if any additional information is needed and to be given a timeline for completion. In this regard beginning on 17Oct2020, I have left messages with the receptionist, in/on his voice mail, the firm’s general voice mail box, sent emails to him and another attorney at his firm (his wife). I did a multi-million dollar, multi-state acquisition with Melissa German as the lead attorney. Very professional, extremely detailed and very competent. I have used this firm for various legal issues for 27 years and have recommended them to many business associates.

I would be skeptical of those positive reviews. German and German are representing a predatory contractor who surprises consumers with large bills. Some of the exact words from their letter to me to get me to pay the surprise bill I received without estimate or agreement: "Normally, I would not become involved in a case of this nature; however, I always enjoy enlightening people as misguided as you are on this issue."
