If I could leave 0 stars that's what I would be leaving. I chose Gerard because he said he was a father's rights advocate and I had a family court case. During this case he failed to respond to myself, the GAL, and opposing council resulting in myself getting an over litigation motion with the end result forcing me to pay for opposing counsel fees. He refused to file a motion to show cause stating he "couldn't in good faith". I was also not allowed to call witnesses after stating many times that I could provide a dozen. He allowed evidence that was many years old to be entered as new evidence from July 2025 when in fact it was three years old. When he was supposed to send me the audio from my hearing along with my file, he sent me discoveries for other clients he was representing. It was a
