Paula and Gerrard are a great team...I was a first time buyer, and I had more questions/concerns than you can imagine. Paula helped me to feel comfortable every step of the way. Fully transparent, Paula is who you will speak to and work with 90% of the time, but that’s okay! Paula is knowledgeable, personable, and wonderful! I was getting quotes from $500-2500 but when I called the $500 attorneys, they keep you on hold for 30 minutes, won’t let you speak to the attorney, and don’t get back to you...This was not that experience. I successfully closed on Monday, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose SimeoneLaw...Gerry even came to me for the closing, given the pandemic. Paula is the best. She listens to your concerns and tailor make the conditions. She does not do "one size fit all" jobs. Very prompt, friendly. When you compare the service with the money they charge, they should be rated 5 start plus.

Dont bother going cheap with this guy he will leave you out to dry. Our house purchase went south and he was nowhere to be seen. We tried calling and emailing him to no reply.
