I required a robust agreement to protect my trade secrets and define deliverables, but the drafts provided were rife with ambiguities. Key provisions regarding indemnification and limitations of liability were either missing or drafted in a way that did not favor my business. Furthermore, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she prepared was standard boilerplate that did not cover the specific nuances of my industry. A competent IP lawyer must ensure that chain of title is clear and that contracts are watertight; Ms. Georgini failed to provide this level of security. I would strongly advise seeking counsel elsewhere.

We are in the market looking for an attorney for our businesses. I really need a consultation. After a week of trying to contact them by phone and not being able to physically visit them as the office says no walk ins and is locked. We finally were able to get the office staff on the phone, that person was very helpful. When we received a call back after he spoke with Gabriella we were told that they had no room for new clients. So I guess don't waste your time with them if you value yours. The previous reviews gave me a very different image of what i expected here.
