Overall great company to work with. Made the entire process very simple and easy. We changed lawyers towards the start of the process and sometimes it would take awhile to get ahold of our lawyer but other than that, they were great.

My mother recently passed away and my father called this group to help us with her estate. They scheduled us a consultation call. The lady was not an attorney and didn’t provide any legal advice. It was gathering questions and then her try and sell us on their services. We did agree to pay a retainer so we could speak to an attorney, but cancelled because we realized all their fees were too high. We later found out they charged us $980 for that consultation call! We never signed an agreement or agreed to pay for the consultation. Very expensive and their fees are very loosely explained.

It was the hardest time of my life. I lost my sweet hubby. When I first called them, they were waŕm and fuzzy. Once I sent them my retainer, I didnt hear from them for months. In my opinion, they aren't capable of handling nashville clients. They really should be barred from practicing law.i wish I would of hired a real lawyer. I am going to reach out to the bar association. Horrible and costly mistake.
