Georgia Auto Law: Auto Accident Attorneys

On March 21, 2022, I was involved in a severe and traumatizing accident. I chose Mark Wade’s law firm because of the glowing reviews, but my experience has been far from what was advertised. According to the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct – Rule 1.15 (Safekeeping Property / Trust Accounts), if a client requests it, the lawyer “shall promptly render a full accounting” of how funds were handled, including settlement amounts, attorney’s fees, expenses, and medical bills. Despite my repeated requests, my attorney refused to provide me with this breakdown. A year after my accident, I was still receiving medical bills, with no clarity on what was actually paid out and what was withheld.
