On his website Mr.. Mueller professes to protect his client without unnecessary protracted litigation or undue expense. He also promises prompt, respectful responses. My experience was the exact opposite. He often took weeks to respond to e mails or calls. Twice he did not call for prescheduled telephone conferences. He offered no apologies. He sometimes called while driving. The case was repeatedly delayed with promises to settle the matter within weeks. Our conversations were so convoluted I did not understand his plan of action. He seemed extremely irritated when I asked for explanations. I came to dread any interaction with him. After months of no progress, on the advice of another attorney, I sent a certified letter outlining my complaints and willingness to hire another attorney. Mr
