Do not use Nick Klimas. If I had to do it all over again I would have lost his number and found someone else. First I will share the positive, Nick seems to know the law, and that is where it ends. He has zero bedside manor, which is horrible for someone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one. During the 15 months that we worked together he failed to outline time tables, failed to get back to me after multiple emails, and lost documents that were supposed to be filed with the City and County of Denver. You may ask, why did I stay with him for as long as I did, and the answer is that I rather deal with the devil I know. If you decide to work with him, they I would suggest that you are prepared to advocate for yourself and set calendar reminders to make sure he stays on task.
