I don't comprehend the legal paperwork and processes with Massachusetts home buying and Bob spent countless hours answering questions and solving problems that came up through the buying process. The staff was very good to work with on the day of signing the closing docs. They made us feel very comfortable during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend Gelinas and Ward to friends and family and will use them again if the future.

Never returned phone calls, left phone messages, left messages with secretary no call back. Originally spoke with an associate about my needs, promised to get back to me, never did. Will never try to do business with them again.
