I moved after my mom passed away. I had been in contact with Dustin for months after to stay updated on my mom's estate. My address had been updated, and I received mail from Dustin after I moved. Once the estate was finalized, Dustin had a check mailed to my old address. We went back and forth over his mistake, and he claimed the bank would not issue a new check for 90 days. Once the bank would issue a new check, Dustin deducted almost $500 for the additional bank fees (to stop the original check and the cost of a wire transfer) and to pay for his time, even though he was paid through the estate already, and I never hired him to work with FedEx or the bank on my behalf.

We worked with Dustin to write a Trust, power of attorney and health care proxy. Dustin was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. He was personable and friendly and explained everything to us! Highly recommended!

Top notch firm. They helped us with our closing, reviewing documents and being present for the actual close. Then later, they prepared all of our estate planning documentation. Quick easy meeting to review existing documentation and put together wills, POA, trusts, everything we needed. Then handled the re-recording of the deed on file with the town once we had our new trust. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend Dustin and his team enough.
