Gary has done a few P&S and closings for me. He is great to work with and does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable in handling various situations that gives you confidence and he is very responsive on the phone, email and text through out. He has a great team in Cathy for P&S and Julie for closings. They work well with the other party attorneys and mortgage companies, and keeps things on target for key dates. Gary's fees are very reasonable. Its always great to work with Gary and his team.
