Gary M Kurc Law Office

I hired Gary Kurc to do an eviction, he assured me he had experience with the procedure and his fee would be $450. He stated that he had an excellent process server and would be in touch after the tenant got served. Well he wasn't able to serve the deadbeat, so after 3 months I posted the notice on the front door and took pictures of me doing so. The deadbeat tenant got in touch with Gary Kurc and told him he was going to pay the rent in full. I knew from experience that wasn't going to happen and told Gary Kurc as much. I told Kurc to have the tenant bring the payment to HIS office, he agreed, needless to say the payment was never brought. I threw good money after bad dealing with Kurc, he's too old and needs to retire!

He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was able to help me distinguish between what I was told I needed and what I actually needed. Very helpful....I will be giving him a return call to set up an appointment.
