Horrible experience. I was told on Wednesday by Alyssa that I'd have the CD's for a Friday closing and didn't get them until Friday morning so I had little time to review. No communication on the fact that they were going to be delayed. They received all the funds Friday. My agent and I were told at 1035am that the wire was going out within an hour. Nothing. My agent picked up his check in the afternoon and to ask why I didn't receive the wire and Alyssa that it'd go out in 10 minutes and I finally did receive it that afternoon. TERRIBLE communication by Alyssa. I strongly suggest that real estate professionals avoid doing business with them

I wanted to add my mother's name to the already existing deed and I left 3 or 4 messages on Melinda's voicemail and I don't remember how many multiple messages I left with the receptionist because it was too many to count and nobody ever returned a message. Apparently they don't need business or paying clients so I found better attorney's elsewhere that handled my needs effectively and affordably. Here's to a job well done people!

Sold my first home and closed it with GMAC a few years ago and had to do it again when we bought our next house. The experience was smooth and stress free.
