Our company has been using Garrity-Traina for years. They have helped our company file several trademarks. Not only are they prompt to respond, but very thorough. Their attorneys helped walk our company through the process and made sure to file everything in a timely manner. They laid out the expectations upfront and were very honest. Because of our company's confidence in them, we have also retained them as general counsel. Not only is this firm fair and honest, but they are also very efficient. They know your time is important, which is invaluable these days!

Unethical and unprofessional. Misrepresented their services from the get go and did not provide services they were contracted for. Hired them for a case. They said it would cost X to which I agreed. They got to X and said it will cost Y to get there. Then got to Y and assured me that if I paid them Z everything will be fine. After that they wanted more. And after that even more. 4 times they asked for more money even though they quoted X from the start. This is why people hate lawyers. Do yourself a favor and find any other patent and/or business firm. Any.

Terrible experience. Completely unethical. Took very large retainer and kept billing, and billing, and billing. Up until they said that case is unwinnable. And the funny part is that they said they knew this from the start! Well why did you take the case then? Over $20000 spent on this shady firm, where they promised and promised and then just quit. Avoid at all costs.
