Mr. Garney quite literally said the opposite of what I said to him in court. He only talked to me for 15 minutes prior to the first court date. I asked him about discovery, and he said what discovery. He was my court appointed attorney, and I fired him the first day during court! He had no intention of fighting to bring my child home to me, and that was very apparent that first day in court. I would not recommend him based on his actions 4 years ago. Hopefully he has changed his ways. I would've put zero stars on here if that were an option.
